Client: Town and City Pub Company

A relatively new name to the high street, Town and City Pub company comprises of many familiar names - Yates, RSVP, Bar Med and Hogshead - together with some quality unbranded businesses that have seen investment to rid them of some of the more outdated brand names.

Having been created by the division of the old Laurel estate into 2 targeted and separate businesses (Town and City and the Bay Restaurant Group), the focus is now on investing in the estate to drive sales growth; very much chameleon style operations, daytimes the focus is very much about food whilst as the hours move on, the focus shifts towards nights out and more wet led reasons for visiting. Entertainment, music and atmosphere all come to the fore and make these operations strong contenders for the customer's visit.
